School-Wide Incentives

A health. moves. minds. fundraiser helps health and physical educators incorporate critical life skills into their classes and allows schools to address mental health topics while reinforcing the importance of physical activity school-wide. In addition to the positive benefits for students and schools, the fundraiser builds school-wide financial capacity to make large projects and initiatives a reality.

• Your school will receive at least 50%* of funds raised (check issued to school).
• Raise $5,000 or more and get a special banner for your school.
• Plan and host a fun, engaging Celebration Event at the conclusion of your fundraiser to reward students, build excitement, create lasting memories, and keep everyone motivated.  Be sure to check out our all new Booster Fit Games option!

*Of the total amount of funds raised, twenty percent (20%) cover service fees, including 1:1 coaching support, teacher materials (e.g., toolkit, posters), and incentive prizes for fundraising. An additional fifteen percent (15%) of funds raised cover platform fees. Donors have the option to cover the platform fees when making donations online, reducing the 15% platform fee and making it possible that your school could receive as much at 60-63% back.

When you plan and implement a health. moves. minds. fundraiser, you’ll be seen as a leader in your school community. Plus, a percentage of funds raised will be specifically earmarked for your health and physical education program!

• Teachers get access to free health. moves. minds. lessons and activities.
• You/your school’s health and physical education teacher will receive a Gopher gift card valued at 5% of funds raised by your school PLUS a $250 bonus match — courtesy of Booster — which will be added to your gift card!
• If you raise $2,000 or more, you’ll receive a FREE one-year SHAPE America Basic Professional Membership.
• Earn additional incentives from your participating state health and physical education association! Contact your state association to learn what state member benefits are available when your school holds a health. moves. minds. fundraiser.

Student Rewards

A health. moves. minds. fundraiser provides resources to health and physical education teachers to guide their students and school community to make positive health choices — emotionally and physically — creating lifelong positive health behavior skills.

Students will be motivated by the fundraiser’s collectibles and physical activity-focused prizes, which are sure to keep them healthy and active with friends and family!
